Interview was conducted during an open house event. I interviewed with 2 people in the corner of one open room with people coming in and out. The second portion of the interview was conducted with the HR rep in the middle of the main room on the couch with lots of people all around. I asked more questions of the interviewers than they asked of me. Third phase was a fourth person who walked me out of the building at the end of the night and it was more of a conversation in the hall ways to the door way. I believe this was to get an idea of whether I was a good cultural fit for the company.
