I cold contacted weather analytics and had a two step interview process. First with the department head, and later with individuals throughout the data team. There was substantial delay between the two steps and in the final communication of their decision. Overall the interviews themselves were good but the companies communication about their hiring process and my status in that process was non-existent. I fel they could and should have been much more forthcoming.
