the interview process was very informal, hiring manager tries to be friends instead of professional. Sat in the conference room and talked about growing up and past experience not related to the job. I was unable to do my secondary interview because the boss was in a bad mood and the hiring manager wanted me to get the job so I had to come back the next day, that should have been my first clue.
