I had two interviews with this company and was informed that I would hear back about whether I would be moving forward by Monday, following my second interview the previous week. When I didn’t receive a response by a few days after that Monday, I followed up with HR. Since then, I have reached out multiple times to both employees I interviewed with, but never received a response.

Applied in February and heard back about two weeks later from the VP of People & Culture for an initial interview. The process ended up being 3 interviews across 3 weeks. After the final interview, I never received an update or rejection. I followed up with both the VP of People & Culture and the Director of People twice and did not hear back. I’ve continued seeing the role reposted. Based on my experience and similar experiences shared, I would not recommend applying due to the ghosting at the end of the interview process.
