The interview process was pretty seamless from what I remember. I first applied online and through a recruiter who had reached out to me. I believe there was a brief phone call before setting up a time for the in-person interview (pre-covid). I met with the lead of the team and it was a casual conversation about past experience and hopes for this role. We were both transparent about what we were looking for.
