Initial interaction was nice with HR staff at the time, they were engaged and genuine. Following experiences and rounds varied with extremely unskilled interviews who fired off questions in a panicked style. Section leaders/ interviewers seemed overworked and a bit sad. They also ghosted after tailored emails and follow-ups were sent (3-4 rounds at this point) and HR was extremely disorganized.
