I had about four meetings with two Community Managers and with two Area Directors for the position. The questions were not hard to answer and I ended up getting the position. I started a month after my last interview.

Le processus de recrutement s'est déroulé dans un espace WeWork à Paris avec deux managers de l'équipe Community. L'entretien portait sur mon parcours professionnel, mon expérience en relation client et ma capacité à créer du lien entre les membres. Les échanges ont été professionnels, bien structurés et les managers ont pris le temps de répondre à mes questions sur le poste et l'entreprise. Une expérience globalement positive et respectueuse.
