Entrevista
Video call first, then an in person interview and closing with a day-trip to Sao Paulo to meet the leadership. It all lasted 2 weeks.
Really interesting to meet the people I would be working with, specially a they really payed a lot of attention and put their hearts in the interviews.

Then got an e-mail from a Senior Talent Acquisition scheduling an PHONE SCREENING. The day came and he didn't call. When I wrote asking if we'd still talk he apologized saying he was sick and rescheduling for another day. He called me 10 minutes late and our chat took exactly 7 minutes. Shallow and poor questions, even a Junior T.A. would be capable to elaborate better questions. It was clear that he hadn't read my CV previously.
After 3 days I got an invitation from the Candidate Experience Associate to have a FACE-TO-FACE interview in Berlin with the Hiring Manager (one week later).
No costs were covered and the night before my flight the Hiring Manager wrote me saying he had a problem with his fly and asked to delay the interview. Sure, no problems! I took the day off to flight there and take part on the process.
The Hiring Manager was friendly, informal and made me feel very comfortable. He asked about my background, skills and so. Straight by the end of our interview he told me if I liked the opportunity and made himself very clear saying I was approved to the LAST ROUND of the process, that should be another INTERVIEW with the Director of T.A. He added that "xxx analyst" would contact me to schedule the interview in the following days.
4 days later I wrote them an email to catch up and got an e-mail "out of office - get back to you on my return" - never happened.
Xmas holidays came, than first week of January and no replies. I wrote both, the Hiring Manager and the support team.
After being so disappointed with the experience, I got an e-mail from the Senior T.A. saying "they were going to have to pause the journey for this role at the moment as he thought they may have found a candidate for the role" and that "the Hiring Manager was going to arrange the next steps however he thinks somebody referred another potential candidate for the role hence the delayed feedback and new information".
However, 8 days later the position was posted again in LinkedIn.
I tried to catch up with the Hiring Manager but, of course, no replies once again.
This was so disrespectful and unprofessional.
I've been working in Talent Acquisition from the past 7 years and never treated an applicant like this.
So far, the worst Candidate Experience I've ever had.

The interview was a mixture of face to face and video. The whole entire process was very smooth and accommodating. I was interviewed by the entire team I was going to work with and also the MD for the final round. Culture fit for Wework is very important and they are looking for someone who could not just do the job, but also able to fit in with the team as well.
