This was an initial Google Hangout interview. The interviewer asked a lot of questions that she already knew the answers to from my resume, and already knew she would be displeased by (apparently). Felt like a massive waste of time, and degrading to be told my resume "just isn't that impressive." The interviewer then suggested a different position that she had just filled but could put me on a waiting list for. A little bit insulting.

Le processus de recrutement s'est déroulé dans un espace WeWork à Paris avec deux managers de l'équipe Community. L'entretien portait sur mon parcours professionnel, mon expérience en relation client et ma capacité à créer du lien entre les membres. Les échanges ont été professionnels, bien structurés et les managers ont pris le temps de répondre à mes questions sur le poste et l'entreprise. Une expérience globalement positive et respectueuse.

sieben gespräche mit unterschiedlichsten abteilungen. meist nur 15-20 min austausch um zu sehen, dass der cultural fit passt. angenehme atmosphäre, nette gespräche online. ein gespräch vor ort zum kennenlernen im office space
