At first, the interview process was transparent and the recruiter got back to me quickly. I had a 30 chat with a recruiter and then a 2 hour onsite scheduled. Everyone seemed really friendly. At the end of my 2 hour onsite, I was told my last interview had to be rescheduled. I reached out to the recruiter proactively to ask about rescheduling but got no response. I tried following up again a few days later but still no response. If I'm no longer being considered as a candidate, I would appreciate some kind of template email rejecting me and not complete silence. What kind of unprofessional company is this?
Also they don't validate parking for interviewees...

Initial fielding call with the talent agent, followed by three separate follow-up interviews with various levels of management and concluding with a final comprehensive interview conducted by the local on-site team.
The interview process is very long and time taking and it takes about 2-3 months to get completed. They have about 5-7 interview rounds hierarchy wise starting from the direct manager or colleague to the top management
