I applied on-line and was given what sounded like a very positive phone screen. I was then emailed about coming in for an in person interview a few days later. The interview was pretty intense. I was given some training and told to respond to customer service scenarios. I later spoke with a person who just came back from being out sick (I fell ill a couple of days later). All in all I was there for over 2.5 hours. Never offered water. I was so parched (and in need of a bathroom!) that I stopped at the first market possible for water. I was told that they would get back to me within a week. It's been about a month now and I'm still waiting for a response. My emails have been ignored. Is it that hard to say "no"? I used to be a big evangelist for them, not anymore!
