It was a mixture of practical tasks, spread through quite a long period, actually. Not only campaign focused, but also quite a lot about European politics and different civil society actors, and your connections to them.

You have to complete a 3 hour test. Mostly about writing emails, social media messages and questions. It was not difficult but it was too long. Some of the questions could be answered in an interview.
