Really weird, the founder was just incredibly odd. Didn't feel like he knew what he was talking about or what he wanted in the role, or really enough to be asking technical questions that he didn't understand or couldn't comprehend. Really arrogant guy, felt very unnerved by him, and not in a tough interview way but in an uncomfortable way.
