After applying on Linkedin, I recieved an email from a hiring manager asking me to confirm that I am available for an interview the next day in the morning. I had to decline because this timing was too soon and too sudden. I explained that I was available in a few days. With much surprise the interview was with a group of other people who appeared to all be applying for different jobs. They asked a total of two questions and the interview lasted for 15 minutes. The hiring manager then emailed me to inform me that the next stage was a shadowing day at their office in a wework. I was told not to come early.

DO NOT interview with WeCreate NY. Had an extremely sketchy interview process at a WeWork. Spent two rounds over Zoom then a third in person in which they asked me to come back the next day to sign a contract.
