It was a very straightforward inclusive process. Not too many rounds, but spoke to the people that mattered. They were honest, transparent and forthcoming. There was no 'test' to evaluate technical skills (I was required to present work I'd done in the past) so it was mostly a culture based interview IMO

Interview process was standard–however, the salary range on LinkedIn was severely misrepresented the actual budget for the role. The job description speaks to overall strategy experience but ultimately they are looking for social-specific, tactical strategy experience.
