The first interview is a phone screen . The second is an in person tour of the mobile and training location and then you have to drive to the lamar location for part 2 of the tour. This is good to see what you would have to deal with if hired. The last interview is either virtual or in person with one of the directors. If you are offered a job you wont be able to start until the next training which is once a month and once you start that, you wont get your first paycheck FOR A MONTH. Its a great company, but there is a lot of difficulty and stress around the process.
