Very typical process and routine questions. I had four interviews. 1. HR 2. Director 3. Direct Supervisor 4. Peer. Each interview seemed to go better than the next and I honestly expected an offer the following Monday but instead I received a personal and well written and '...decided to move forward with other candidates..' email.
