Entrevista
Had an initial call with the recruiter. A phone interview with the hiring manager was set up over a week later. The night before the interview, I received an offer at the company that was my first choice (and also the company which moved the fastest). One of the first things I did after signing the offer letter was let the Waystar recruiter know that I've accepted another offer and that I wish him all the best in his search.
Within minutes, I received the following response:
"That's great news. Will you do me a favor and at least talk to <the hiring manager> tomorrow, learn more about us and <one of the company's products>? I believe you can do great things for our DS team."
I've never encountered such unprofessional behavior from a recruiter before (and I've spoken with a *LOT* of recruiters over the years). I decided to block the recruiter on LinkedIn and not humor him with a response. The recruiter then sent another passive-aggressive email:
"<The hiring manager> will call you on <the initial time that was agreed to the next morning before I accepted another offer>.
Please let me know if you have any questions."
Thankfully, the hiring manager had more sense than the recruiter and didn't end up calling me. Regardless, the behavior of this particular recruiter does *NOT* reflect well on Waystar.

The getting-to-know-you chitchat that's average fare for initial recruiter calls.
