Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en Waystar (Atlanta, GA)

      Entrevista

The recruiter was very friendly I just think she was operating in in a urgent/put-out-fire environment. About 24 hours after I recieved the email saying they reviewed my resume and would like to schedule an interview, they asked if I could come in person the very next day since the HM was in town. Then I had about 12 hour notice that I would also give a presentation. I felt that was asking a lot so early in the process and the last minute rush seemed like a red flag. However the presentation interview went well - The head of Learning seems great, I loved his energy and I thought he was very thoughtful about his work. I then had two more interviews over zoom - I did not realize one of the interviews would be with a peer and another would be with a project manager who asked pretty technical questions. I would have prepared differently. The thing that really made it a negative experience however, was after I went through the final round, I noticed the job req had already been reposted on linkedin. Not a great move to repost the job before you notify candidates, but I thought maybe it was an automatic reposting. But then, I recieved a generic automatic rejection email. If a candidate goes through the entire process and even interviews in person in the office, they are owed a more personal rejection from an actual person. The entire process was littered with red flags.
