3 interviews over a week plus a 3-4 hour take-home tech test.
Quick turn around between interviews and everyone I spoke to was friendly.
Often encouraged to ask questions and the interviews often felt more like a conversation rather than an interview.
Interview process:
1. 30-minute screening interview with someone in recruitment.
2. 45-minute screening interview with a Senior Engineer.
3. Take-home test, was fair and seemingly relevant to the job requirements and could be completed in a language of your choice. Expected to take around 3 hours, ended up not actually completing it.
4. After review and approval of the tech test The final interview stage which was actually 3 interviews one after another for around 2 hours.
a. 1 hour with another senior engineer where we reviewed/discussed the tech test and "paired" developing on the solution further. It didn't end up not mattering that the solution didn't meet all requirements of the tech test within the suggested time.
b. 30-minute interview with a product owner asking questions related to working with product and scrum/agile.
c. 30-minute "culture" interview with another engineer asking general questions.
