Pre screen phone call with the recruiter in the Boston area office; this was then followed up by a telephone panel interview with several members of the department I was interviewing for. Once that interview was done, I had to schedule another telephone interview with a director. After the director interviewed me I had to have an on-site tour with the staff, followed by a video conference interview with the manager. The initial phone call was about 30 minutes, the panel interview was about an hour, the third phone call was about 45 minutes, and the onsite interview was an hour--30 minutes with the team and 30 minutes with the manager.
