I went through all the interview processes (4 of them including the final interview). Only to be ghosted by the company. I sent emails upon emails asking for a decision and never heard back from them. The sheer disrespect. If the HR team ( the team supposed to be responsible for treating/making sure people are treated right ) treat you this way then I can not imagine how they treat their workers/colleagues
