      Entrevista

      First I got a call from the recruiter. She asked me just a few questions about my background and my salary expectations. She then said I was moving to the next round and that was scheduled for 2 days later. It was a google meet interview of 30 minutes. She asked me only 3 questions, I thought it didn't go well and that the manager was not really paying attention to me, but about an hour later I got a call from the recruiter that she would like to send me to the next round and that it would be a panel interview and that it would take about 2 and half hours. I have to say the recruiter was very nice and helpful and she wanted me to do well. She sent a lot of information and some tips for the interview. The panel interview was with 4 people and 1 assesement. They kinda asked me the same queestions. It was behavioral questions. Tell me about a time... They do move really quickly and don't make you wait. The whole process took about 1 week. I just think that 6 interviews are just too much. I did not get the role and the recruiter called me to inform me. I appreciated that she just didn't send an email.

      interview has done by Zoom and 1 HR lady about 45 min. it was mainly about actions and behaviour as manager from my previous experiences, not much explanation about company or detail of work
