The interview was completely remote, handling everything over the phone or Google Meets. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging. I particularly appreciated my recruiter. She was on top of everything, keeping great contact with me throughout the process. They would set expectations regarding follow-ups and next steps. If that time frame was going to take longer than initially stated, she would send me an email letting me know of the updated time frame. The night prior to my final "panel interview", my recruiter set up some time to speak with me to help me prep for the interview. Overall, I feel that Wayfair really wants their candidates to succeed. I never felt uncomfortable or unprepared.

I submitted an application online, and was contacted the same day by a recruiter to set up a phone interview, which was quick and easy. But, afterwards, the recruiter was not good about responding to emails, and in the middle of setting up a time for an in person interview, the recruiter simply never responded. The salary they were offering for the position was low, so I did not persist in trying to contact them, but one would think they would at least get back to you after they've already asked to schedule an interview.
