How to you keep track of performance? Seriously? Don't they have a system in place?
Multiple interviews scheduled throughout 2-4 weeks. First a phone screen, followed by a video call. I then had a 4 hour panel interview with 2 different managers, a case study and a HR interview
Interview process allowed for open dialogue and transparency. The stage was set for clear, concise and thorough. Ensuring that a candidate understands the requirements but more importantly the expectations of the role.
