Entrevista
30 minute introduction call with internal recruiter, followed by skype interview with cross-functional employer. All handled by an internal recruiter. My personal experience was that the recruiter didn't listen to me when I clearly outlined what I was looking for in my next career move. Overall I felt like the process was quite mechanical (not personal) and it was about filling a role and not about me and whether or not I was the perfect candidate.
Ultimately, I decided not to continue to pursue the role.

The initial phone interview was a 'behavioral interview' - questions about how I manage people, how I handle situations, my communication styles etc.

Starts with a Recruiter screen, then you have to provide a work sample (online portfolio of work) to see if you’ll move onto the hiring manager interview and then I’m not sure because I didn’t make it any further

15 interviews over 2 1/2 months, including with the CEO. They spoke to my references after I spoke with the CEO. No offer and no feedback. What a waste of time for everyone involved.

First round with HR , 1 hiring manager for 30 mins and 3 additional interviews and final with hiring manager. A lot of with experience based questions which should have been an indicator for a more junior profile than advertised
