Multi step process: 1) phone screen with recruiter 2) job fit interview with the hiring manager 3) case interview with a team member 4) on-site interview- 4 back to back interview 30min long that is about the company’s core principles and job fit. They took 25 days to get back to me on the results. When they got back, I was told that they don’t have role for my experience and seniority now. Two other teams wanted to pursue me for different roles but they waited on this team’s final outcome. By the time, this came out, those roles got filled and I lost all opportunities! At the end, I felt like a looser overall.
