I had an incredibly unprofessional experience throughout my recruitment process at Wayfair. The person who organized my phone screener missed the call three separate times, and only rescheduled the call after I sent multiple follow up emails, only to miss the call again until I was passed onto a different employee after I sent multiple follow up emails. When I asked an employee who interviewed me what they enjoyed most about working at Wayfair, they jokingly said “free beer”, but could not follow up with anything tangible about their work or the people at the company. This was a huge red flag for me. After receiving an offer from Wayfair, the recruiter missed the offer call, only to send me an apology hours later. This was the fourth missed call I dealt with in the process, again showing absolutely no respect for my time as an applicant. These examples are just a few of many negative interactions I had with the company during the recruitment process. In short, I was shocked at how disrespectfully I was treated during this process, and I have warned as many people as I can about my negative recruitment experience with Wayfair and to stay away from this company.

Phone call from recruiter, asked alot of questions and made me feel comfortable. Process was easy and i was offered the job in the spot. I love it at Wayfair
