Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Wayfair en mar 2018
Entrevista
Wayfair has one of the best interviews processes. Though I was not offered, I felt really good about the company. Recruiters are really nice, and organized.
I did a total of 6 rounds of interviews, 3 telephonic and 3 in-person. After the telephonic interviews, they asked me to fly to Boston. Wayfair actually paid for my Flight, Hotel and other expenses, which was nice.
In every round after first call, there was an coding task. Though I was not able to complete the coding task during 2nd and 3rd rounds, they called for onsite because they liked my approach to problem solving.
In-person interviews were more like discussions than question-answer sessions.
4th round was with a Engineering manager who grilled me about the process.
5th round was with Software Engineers, who asked me a programming question about elevators and another about System design.
6th round was with Software Engineers again, and this time they had me do an actual coding task and a database design.
HR reached out and scheduled the discussion - discussed the details of the position.
One Online assignment
Scheduled one DSA round. - medium leetcode
System design round discussion - where we discussed the details of the different component of the system

Overall ok but the coding test environment is like a black box that you just can’t debug. If you solve by debugging, you’re doomed. LeetCode won’t really prepare you for this.
