The interview process involved a case study interview and several situational interviews, totaling about 5 interviews. The scheduling was efficient, and the entire process took about 1.5 months to complete.

Entrevista
This was an HR call, a director call, then a full day on site of interviews. When they presented the offer they offered me a lower position and also in an area that I was not expecting. They said that they keep their reqs very vague in order to do this. However, they did not acknowledge that it was not what I expected, and were very "how lucky are you that we're offering you a job!". When I started questioning them on why they did this and what the possibility was of future advancement, they became very defensive and kept iterating that I should be lucky that I was given an offer. They seem to not understand the value of people or how to really offer them a job in a way that is not slightly insulting.
