El proceso tomó 5 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Wayfair (Boston, MA) en ene 2018
Entrevista
The most crazy interview process I've ever had!
1st round: Phone Interview with recruiter - She asks me about my background, etc.
2nd : Case interview with hiring manager - Business case + knowing my background
3rd: Skype case interview with a director - Business case again!
4th : :Onsite - 4 interviews with 2 interviews of 2 people each - All were case interviews. there was one interview with a director where half the time he was unprofessionally texting someone with his cellphone, 3 interviews were good, the interviewers were all friendly but really intense, the director round left me in bad taste - He was stubborn and had a slight condescending tone in his voice.
Post Onsite skype interview: Apparently I fit better into another team as a Senior Analyst(downgraded) now and they were considering me for that role and I had a chat with the hiring manager.
After that, I got a ridiculously low offer - I literally had to take a huge pay cut to join them at a level lower than what I had applied for.

Tell me a time when you used data to make a decision
The interview process took over 2 months but was offered the position after multiple rounds of interviews. There was a case study but I’ve heard they’re moving away from these
Interview with hiring manager and then panel interview. HR will then reach out with details of the offer. The entire process is slow and can take multiple months to complete hiring.
Meet with way too many people, all who asked me the same questions. I didn't get to ask questions, the cases they have are way too long and cumbersome to be done well in a 45 mins interview.
