I applied online to some different positions and got an email recommending to apply to another position that they thought would suit my skill set. I applied, got a Skype case interview that went pretty well, then went through three interviews on site. At this point, I was pretty impressed with the application process as it was very timely. However, after the on site interview, I began to experience major issues. First, after several weeks, I was contacted by the recruiter to set up a phone call. The recruiter did not call me at the scheduled time and failed to ever answer my emails at that point, so I contacted another recruiter that had been working with me. Luckily that recruiter was able to schedule time with me to tell me that they wanted to schedule another interview online to focus on a skill they believed that I could have improved upon in my on site interview. This interview ultimately had nothing to do with the skills she mentioned, leaving me unprepared and confused. It took me another several weeks to hear back from them.
While much of the process went smoothly, at the end I felt very confused and disheartened, and I feel that even if I had been given an offer, I would not have wanted to accept it. Coupled with the negative reviews about working there I have heard from people I know and on Glassdoor, I am not sure that I would recommend going through the interview process with Wayfair.

Phone call from recruiter, asked alot of questions and made me feel comfortable.
Process was easy and i was offered the job in the spot. I love it at Wayfair
I had two rounds of interview, and each round of interview was composed with two part (either one case and one behavior style interview, or two cases interviewed by different people)..... There were both quantitative and qualitative styled questions.

1 phone interview with someone fromt the HR
3 interviews on the spot with 3 different managers. General talk about my background and personality, then one interview with the manager of the team including technical interview and at the end another interview with a manager from another team which included hypothetical situations questions.
