Easy and rapid phone interview and then one on one with two managers that gave the opportunity to be on board right away. First, a phone cll with a few questions of why Wayfair and what have I herd from the company. Then, 1:1 with managers that were too nice and provided me easy questions that made it seemed like they really needed people to work right away
the interview process was very straightforward and simple. they asked star method questions about experience and took time to throughly answer any questions I may have had. Very easy process

It was fine, the person who interviewed me was lovely. Explained the role well, and very human. Took an interest in me and my skills, and didn't wait long to contact me to offer the role.

Two interviews. First was a phone screen with HR. Second was a 45 minute interview with two sales manager.
Overall, very friendly and the interview was conversational.
