Entrevista
4 Step interview process. First is a basic phone HR phone screen. Next you get invited to meet with Sales Manager or team lead. This interview lasts around 2 hours and you also get to meet with someone on the same role over coffee. Next round is a scenario role play with another sales manager and person on the team to take notes. Fourth and last round would be with VP.
The team at Wavestone is extremely unprofessional and are inconsiderate of candidates' time. After the third round I was left in the dark for days, and the HR rep failed to communicate. I never received any feedback like I was promised on two separate occasions. In addition, the HR person ignored my calls but when I called her on another number she picked up right away and claimed she was "on vacation" and to then tell me I was not selected because I did not have previous consulting experience. This was never emphasized in the original job posting, under requirements they emphasized someone with sales experience, and Cyber Security not consulting. Overall I really hope the staff at Wavestone learn that candidates also invest much of their time into this and the least they can do is show some respect by being transparent and mindful of that. I would not recommend applying to this firm as they hardly have any presence in the US space compared to other firms in the field.

Scenario role play they give you a case study and you're left in a room for 20 minutes. You are expected to take notes and follow up with basic sales questions, qualify the lead and set up a next meeting etc..
Le processus de l'entretien consistait en un appel avec une RH et
un entretien en visio avec une account manager, il y a ensuite deux autres entretiens à faire avec des managers voire des partners.

Entrevista
Un processus d'embauche assez classique avec un 1er appel RH suivi d'un entretien avec un account manager. Aucune idée concernant le 3 -ème entretien étant donné que je n'ai jamais eu de nouvelles. Pour une entreprise qui s'est présenté comme "responsable" et la pour faire vivre la "meilleur expérience possible de recrutement", je suis déçu de n'avoir eu aucun retour positif ou négatif sur mes entretiens.
