The process was extremely straight forward, and very flexible and accommodating. In my case I was having a newborn, and it caused my schedule and timing to be very hard to manage. That being said, Wave and the team were flexible, we had multiple rebookings, and also did part of it remote. The people were extremely open, transparent, and also forward thinking. After going through 3 rounds, I ended up getting an offer, but due to my family having just expanded, and the commute, it became clear that I couldn't in good faith put Wave through that.

I only had the initial HR interview, which was pretty light and really only covered a surface-level of my experience, my management style and the reason for wanting to work at the company.
