Interview process was very straightforward. I enjoyed it because it didn't have the typical leetcode style structure of other technical interview Stage 1: recruiter interview Stage 2: Take home assignment to make an API that plays a game Stage 3: Peer programming: You are given a spec with certain details before the interview. During the interview, you are given a bunch of failing tests and are required to modify the given code so as to pass the tests. One important things is that you don't need to pass all tests to pass the interview and you need to make reasonable decisions and abstractions. Stage 4: system design interview Stage 5: Casual chat with CTO I really liked the addition of a chat with a C suite exec as it really gives you the chance to ask any questions that a regular engineer might not know
