There were four interviews: le first was with Ruben OUEDRAOGO from the whatsapp, recruitment department, the second with Ms KANAZOE, the third with Ms ZERBO, PCO of the Premium agency at the ZAD and the last with Ms KINDA from the treasury department.

Entrevista
The interview process was smooth and well-organized. I first had a Zoom screening followed by an in-person interview. The questions focused on my experience in customer service, cash handling, and problem-solving. The recruiter was friendly and explained the role clearly. Overall, it was a professional and positive interview experience.

- the first, online with Kouamé: a general overview of my background and experiences
- the second, with Husseine Keita: about my experiences and strengths
- the third: about my strengths and weaknesses
and finally, a character assessment
