Process consisted of 2 interviews. 1st interview with Clinical Director for almost an hour. He asked if I could meet for another interview the next day. The second interview was primarily with the CEO with the IOP director present. They said I would hear from the CFO if they were going to offer me the job within the next week. Received a call the following night.
