Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Waterfront International
Entrevista
Challenging technical interviews, but relevant questions. They are looking for strong developers, I wasn't at that level, but I will re-apply again. It was a pretty quick process. I received feedback quickly, which I appreciated.

A few behavioural questions. Paid attention to what my specific responsibilities were at each of my jobs.

Entrevista
After I applied for the software developer position, I was contacted by email and we arranged a phone interview. The interview started with questions about my current position and why I was looking for something else. Then they told me a bit about working at Waterfront International, and what I learnt convinced me to reject their offer. I was told that their programmers worked 50 hours per week, from 7am till 5pm, no flexible hours. The reason for this, as they told me, was that they were writing the software in real time (?!?) for some specific customer. I knew about real-time software, but this was first time I heard about "real-time programming"! In addition, they didn't give any clue about the salary. It all sounded so weird that I immediately denied working with them.
