I applied on May 12th , contacted a week later for an interview and interviewed a week after that. It was 4-panel personnel via Zoom and 30-minute interview with 3 questions and follow-up questions based on my answers. The panel seemed a little unprepared with their questions / interviewing process, they all asked each other about 3 times if "anyone had anything to say, add or ask" none of them did. I was then contacted a week after my first interview requesting a 2nd with the Director and assistant. 2nd Interview was the following week. During this interview, the Director's cell phone rang constantly and was never silenced. He also scrolled on his cell phone the entire time of the interview. He asked a question and then started to scroll on his phone. I initially thought maybe he had a mobile version of my resume but when he inquired about my resume, he picked up my resume physically and pointed to it. The assistant pretty much ran the interview; however they were nice, short, direct, and to the point. I did not hear back from this office until the end of the month about 2 weeks later, in which they advised I did not get the job.

Participated in a meet greet with the hiring manager. Was invited to participate in a three panel interview. Was ghosted after the interview and I never received any notification about their decision.
