Smooth interview process. They want someone outgoing and customer friendly. Interviewed in person and spoke with both maintenance manager and office manager. Was told salary benifit pto in the interview. Mangr to was professional and relaxed. Very quick. Background check done next day came in to fill out paperwork and then started the very next day. Meet with all managers on site. Good place to work but pay and benefits need to increase in order to keep good help.
