An HR professional sent me a link to complete a web interview, a couple of days later she responded that I passed. She scheduled a video call with the hiring manager of the department and I spoke to them for about 45 minutes.

Start with a Hirevue video and then had a zoom call. Pretty standard questions like describe yourself, experience, why WB and why this job. Talk about experience with customer service/client interaction
