Pretty simple first round interview, was called by a recruiter who did a general meet and greet followed by a few general marketing questions about my experience in the field.

Three-stage interview. First stage - self recorded interview, 1 minute per question and 30 second to prepare. Second stage - interview with hiring manager, member or HR department and a previous employee. Third stage - assessment centre offline in London HQ or possibly online.
