There were about 18 of us in the morning, for the group assessment stage and then at lunch they cut us down to about 6 for one-on-one interviews. Unfortunately, I didn't make it past lunch. However, the morning was very relaxed, we were asked to do a numeracy and excel test individually. Then we had a couple of group tasks. Overall very relaxed and simple.

It was good. there was a group exercise to build the tallest paper tower, then a group exercise to discuss issues in a company and then a final interview. You needed to be the leader in group work to secure a job.
