Entrevista
1. Meeting with HR (10 min)
2. Testing task
3. Meeting with hiring manager (1.5 hour) where we discuss my testing task as well
4. Meeting with Head of department and UX Researcher (1 hour)
The whole process made no sense, was too time consuming, the tasks length was inadequate. Also the people on a last stage team fit Interview seemed like they didn’t really get an assignment.
