Interview included 4 stages - including HR screening, hard skills assessment, peer interview and visit to the office. The company tone was always very positive and communication was prompt. Company tried to make sure that I always know my next step and never disappeared for days.

Entrevista
HR interview, Technical(PM Soft and Hard skills) and with management. Overall process was brief and friendly. All participants were very professional. But you have to compete with 3-5 candidates at the last stage.
I went through two rounds of interviews with the team. The first one was with the recruiter, who conducted a typical screening. It was a pleasant conversation and resulted in a recommendation to move on to the second round.
In the second round, I spoke with the PM Director and the Game Director. We discussed my experience and covered all the usual topics related to project management. Although they eventually made an offer to someone else, the overall process was fast and transparent.

Entrevista
It was initial HR screening interview, basic questions about my experience and examples of projects. Took around half an hour. They also asked about my personal interest in gaming industry.
