The interview process spanned approximately 2 weeks and consisted of a phone screen, two virtual panel interviews and an in-person culture fit. The culture fit interview was centered around the DiSC Assessment they sent me to take prior to the interview. While I didn't get an offer for this position, they did offer me a position that was in alignment with my skill set; of which I accepted!
