I had one fairly straight-forward interview. However, beforehand, I had to fill out a fairly lengthy application. They are looking for a responsible college student. Someone who will not miss work because they partied too hard the night before and someone who is out going with a sales personality because part of the job is showing apartments to prospective candidates. Also,there is a minimum GPA.
