I applied via E-Mail and never got a confirmation back, I sent an E-Mail to follow up and received a message that I would be contacted the following week, needless to say that didn't happen so I called and was told that and E-Mail had gone out with a Job description, I gave my information again and was told i would be forwarded the E-Mail, at the end of the week I had to call again to make sure it was sent to me, finally got it and it said anyone still interested should call and set up an interview, so I had to call AGAIN and two more times because nobody called back after leaving them a message and ultimately basically said: I will be there Friday at this time, let me know if this is not working for you, otherwise I will be there. Interview did not start on time, one owner left the building the other one heard that I was there but decided not to come out and greet me and joined the interview 15 minutes into it - all in all incredibly unprofessional, projecting the feeling of 'we dont really care'
