Very easy interview process, mostly just a series of "tell me about a time" questions followed by some standard questions tailored to knowledge about Optician/Management type things alongside some background stuff.

Applied through their website. Received a response about a week later. An interview was conducted through zoom and I immediately moved forward to the second round where I met with the store manager in person. Received an offer a couple of days later!
